Order Process
|
Placing an order is a two
part process that allows you to review
your order and comfirm the
shipping costs before giving
any credit card information
and completing you order.
The order process is as follows:
1. Complete your shopping, placing the items
you want to purchase in the shopping cart.
2. Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details and submit the order.
3. Within 48 hours, you will receive
our confirmation invoice via paypal (see
below) with the total amount due including
shipping costs.
(In the event that you have not received our reply within
48 hours ,
please do not hesitate to mail to us at orgias@analoguelife.com
and check your order's
status. We will keep the item on-hold until we receive
your final confirmation, but no more than 5
days.
4. After receiving your payment we will ship your order within 1-2 business days. A shipping
notification
will be e-mailed to you when your
order has been shipped. Please Note that we will not ship until payment has
been fully processsed. So for those choosing to pay with a pay-pal echeck we
will not ship until the payment has been processed which make take up to 7-10
days. |

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. If you have an existing papal account please use the email address linked to the account when ordering. That will make making payment more convenient. |
Shipping |
All merchandise
will be shipped from Japan
within 1-2 business days after
receiving your payment. Unless
otherwise specified we will
deliver the item ('s) by Express
Mail Service (EMS). We highly
recommend Express Mail Service
because packages are insured
and it allows you to start
tracking the package immediately
using Japan EMS Track and
Trace site. Packages shipped
by EMS delivery, will generally
arrive their destination within
a week after shipment.
EMS shipping rates are determined by weight. The weight of the packing will be included when calculating the cost.

Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected upon delivery.
Shipping fees are NOT REFUNDABLE
in the event an order is refused
for ANY reason when international
delivery attempted. If an order
is refused for any reason, merchandise price
only will be refunded to credit card holders
when the merchandise is returned to us.

All shopping cart tranasctions will be completed in Japanese yen. The US dollar price ( which can be changed to other currencies by clicking) is shown so customers can get an idea of the price in their own currency. Those rates are adjusted daily and always up to date but are meant as an aprroximate value.

Returns |
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Notification by email is required within 7 days of receipt of the shipment on all refunds. All items must be returned in "as-new" condition in their original packaging. Items that show wear and tear will not be accepted for refund. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping fees as well as any other expenses incurred to return the item to Analogue Life. In the return package, please include billing name, date of purchase and order no. We will refund your credit card account. Due to the credit card companies processing methods, there may be a lag between the time your return is process and the time the refund is reflected in your account.
