4th-Market came about through the collaborative
effort of four makers of
'Bankoyaki' Ceramics in the Yokkaichi area of Mie Prefecture.
Each maker brought distinct techniques to create a brand
of kitchenware that has clean, simple designs in
muted earthy tones, and a handmade quality.
On Japanese tables small dishes are used for appetizers or
for individual servings from the main serving dish.We also
reccomend these for serving sweets, tea biscuits or for condiments
or sauces for dipping.
Not suitable for use in microwave ovens and dishwashers
