Hand-carved bowls with finished with colored urushi (Japanese lacquer). The lacquer is thinly applied allowing the beautiful grain pattern of the Keyaki wood to show through while offering a protective coat. The finish is food-safe and the bowls are suitable for use with both hot and cold foods.
