Although Mitsuhiro Konishi's unique wood and metal chashaku are designed as tool for use in chinese tea practice. they are long enough to also serve as mixing spoons for cocktails as long as wood is not eft soaking and dried thoroughly after use. Each piece has a forged nickel silver tip attached to a hand carved wood handle.

Currently based in Gifu Prefecture where he produces hand-made metal cutlery, utensils and objects.
